Return Policy

As a professional seller, I am committed to providing a fair and transparent return process in compliance with consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, please contact me via contact me within the 14-day window, and I will provide return instructions.

2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:

The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for return.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

A refund will be issued within 5 business days through your original payment method.

Refunds cover the item price and minus original shipping cost (if applicable).

Refunds will not include return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on my part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following cannot be returned:

Intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

Customized or altered items

Items sold as part of a “final sale” clearly marked in the listing

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact me immediately through contact me page. I will either arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including return postage.
